Samaritans
Whatever you’re going through, a Samaritan will face it with you. Available to talk 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

NHS 111
If you’re worried about your mental health, you can reach out to the NHS for support. Your GP is a good first step, and they can connect you with the right services. You can also find help through NHS 111 or the NHS website if you need advice straight away
